Returns and Refunds
To qualify for a refund or replacement please follow these instructions and do not hesitate to contact us directly if we can be of further assistance.

Returns
We require that you return the garment within 21 days of purchase, unworn and with the manufacturers label still attached.

Refunds
Please return a copy of the original purchase invoice with the garment within 21 days of purchase. If you have paid by credit card we will simply credit your account. If you have not paid by credit card please contact us.

Refund Rates
A refund will be calculated at the current rate by our payment provider service at the time of the refund transaction.

Damaged Garments
If your new garment is damaged in any way, in the first instance please phone us. We will request that you post it back to us.

We can either send a replacement garment or, if you would prefer, refund the purchase price and shipping costs. Please indicate on the invoice you received with the garment, which option you would prefer and enclose this with the garment when you return it.

Right to Cancel
You can cancel an order by sending us a cancellation email or by ringing us at the contact number as listed above. In the instance of cancellation via email, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled and the monies refunded to your account.
